I’m sorry I can’t add to it as I’ve got no knowledge with real estate, but can you assist me as you seem to be like a wealth of knowledge. I live in the uk and I own a 1 bed apartment. I would really like to purchase a larger home to live in and rent our property. Is there by any means of avoiding a buy to let mortgage loan and get the standard home loan to help me buy my property?
