These two listings, of course, are just a pair of examples of the many reasonably priced condominium units on sale now in neighborhoods such as Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, Lakeview, Wrigleyville and Roscoe Village. There are both brand-new and slightly used condos on the market now that are in terrific condition. Many contain high-end amenities at a very affordable price.
