Floor coverings

All switches and outlets to be Decora Type, dimmers can be provided within an agreed upon allowance. Bedrooms will have a junction box in the ceiling, which will be wired for a ceiling fan. Ceiling fans will be installed provided that they are purchased by the buyer. Wiring will be installed in all rooms of the home, which will provide the home’s cable, computer and telephone connections. Home will be hard wired for sound and intercom system. Closet Systems

Millwork and Interior Door Package

Painting
